Quest Fine Jewelers is committed to providing our clients with quality products and a level of service unparalleled to any other. Please read through the following information carefully before attempting to return or exchange your product. If you do not comply with store policies, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.
Returning Your Purchase
You can return the product to us in-store or return to us by mail at your own expense.
We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. If you elect not to purchase insurance, you are liable for any and all damages. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our store. Please pack returns in original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives to our store in good condition.

Return Conditions
Articles are accepted for return within 30 days of the initial purchase. All articles must be unused, in original condition, and if applicable in the original gift box with all warranty cards, instruction booklets, and original lab reports intact, at the time of return.
Receiving A Refund
A refund will be submitted in the method originally used for purchase for all items eligible for return. Recipients may elect to receive in-store credit instead of a cash reimbursement upon request. Gift recipients will receive a nonrefundable in-store credit in an amount equal to the cost of the item. Cash refunds are not available at any in-person locations. Please allow 7-10 business days for a return to be posted.
Exchanges
All of our items are carefully hand-inspected by our team to ensure they are free of defects; however, in the unlikely event that we have missed something, you will be able to exchange your defective product within 30 days of receipt. Since many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind and may be difficult to replace with an exact match, you may elect to receive in-store credit in an equal amount to your original purchase to spend at our store. Custom jewelry and personalized items are not included in our exchange policy. Gemstones, including diamonds, are not covered by this policy and are sold as-is. Any damages not due to manufacturing defects are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift Returns
Gift returns without a receipt are eligible for exchanges and in-store credit only. Please return items in original packaging. Any gift that shows signs of use or wear will not be accepted for exchange.
Order Cancellations And Amendments
We make an effort to process and ship your orders within 24-48 hours; therefore, we do not accept any modifications to an order once it has been placed. If you need to return an order for any reason, please return it to us within 15 days following our return policy protocol, and we will refund your purchase. If you have made a mistake on a personalized or custom piece, please contact us as soon as possible.

Custom And Special Order Items
Special Orders
Special orders are non-refundable but are transferrable. A special order constitutes items which are a part of Quest’s collection and our designer’s collections which have been ordered to accommodate each client’s special needs and requests (metal type, fingers size, center stone size, etc.). Modifications made beyond the original blueprint design would be considered a Custom Order. All special orders require non-refundable deposit of 50% of the purchase price.
Custom Orders
Custom designed jewelry involves metal, gems, and labor to fabricate a uniquely designed item. All custom orders require a deposit of 50% of the total amount. In cases of cancellation prior to an item’s fabrication; where a custom CAD has been made, a minimum labor charge of $350 will be retained from the original deposit. Once approval has been given and production begins, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Lifetime Warranty
Congratulations on your recent purchase from Quest Jewelers and thank you for your support!
We will honor a lifetime warranty on your purchase because the entire piece was created/supplied/produced by Quest Fine Jewelers.
The lifetime warranty includes the following:
- Free sizing
- Free cleaning
- Free replacement of lost side stones (0.25cts or smaller)
- Free tightening of loose side stones
- Free rhodium plating for white gold items – limited to one rhodium plating per calendar year
The following MUST be current in order to receive the lifetime warranty:
- Quest must be the only jeweler to conduct work to the item
- If another jeweler/establishment conducts work the item, the warranty will be null/void
- The item must be inspected according to the following schedule:
- If you reside within 150 miles radius of Quest Jewelers
- 6 Month Inspection/Twice Yearly Inspection
- 6 Month Inspection Schedule must be signed & documented by a Quest Representative
- If you reside beyond 150 miles radius of Quest Jewelers
- 1 Year Inspection/Once Yearly Inspection
- Customer is responsible for bringing/shipping the item to Quest
- Quest will offer to return the item to customer at no charge
- Free return shipping only applies within the Continental US
- Beyond the Continental US will receive a $40 credit
- No guarantees on shipping insurance and/or delivery to foreign locations
- If you reside within 150 miles radius of Quest Jewelers
